Marketing Manager

Develop and implement lead generation programs across multiple marketing channels.

  • Develop and implement Google Analytics plans that grow the user base.
  • Interpret, analyze, and present Google Analytics data.
  • Plan, develop and implement performance oriented SEM campaigns.
  • Develop and implement FB and other social media adverting campaigns.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage and monitor online advertising initiatives to ensure conversion ROI.
  • Assign leads to the sales team and prepare lead profiles.
  • Manage email list acquisition strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests, driving A/B testing on creative, content and offers to continually improve campaign performance.
  • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance to constantly improve overall program effectiveness and increase the impact of marketing on revenue and profitability and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Work closely to coordinate marketing initiatives with other departments.
  • Develop and execute online digital strategies, including content development.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demand generation experience and program management experience.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Google AdWords certified.
  • Hands-on- experience working with CRM and marketing automation tools – preferably Hubspot.
  • Experience with email marketing programs.
  • Experience working with a B2B sales organization.
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Not afraid to try new things – driven to constantly improve results.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to pivot and problem-solve.
